David G. Jupiter, OD, FAAO has been practicing optometry in the Tri-State Area since 1992. Dr. Jupiter graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia where he also completed a residency in low vision rehabilitation. He has been practicing in Delaware and Maryland since completing his optometric education.
Bruce J. Sumlin, MD is a graduate of Duke University and earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago. He completed an internship at Howard University Hospital in Washington D.C. as well as an ophthalmology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
Dr. Sumlin is a board-certified ophthalmologist having performed more than 15,000 cataract and glaucoma surgeries in addition to thousands of Lasik procedures. His special interests include refractive surgery (Lasik, PRK, etc.) cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy.
